Work-related concussions are charged in accordance with the gazetted rates, covering the initial doctor assessment and all necessary follow-ups until the patient is medically cleared for activities.

For for a non-work-related concussion, the cost starts at $250, which includes the initial doctor assessment and follow-up consultations until the patient is cleared for activities. Any additional treatments required, such as vestibular physiotherapy, neurology assessments or imaging, will incur separate charges.
